As one of the major providers of crew personnel for super yachts for the past 12 years, LaCasse Maritime is dedicated to meeting the best interests of both yacht owners and crew members by skillfully matching personnel to job openings. We help owners and captains create clear and comprehensive job descriptions. We provide a careful review and selection of resumes for consideration, perform reference checks, and schedule one-on-one interviews.

LaCasse Maritime does not charge the crew a registration or placement fee. Once we fill a position, a standard fee is assessed to the yacht.
